Your confirmed map pin is the authoritative destination. Address text and optional instructions help the rider find the entrance. The delivery price shown at checkout is locked into the paid order unless an exceptional correction is agreed with you.

Checkout never dispatches a rider. Delivery is arranged only after every print in the order is complete, has passed quality check and is packaged.

Tracking and status updates are provided when available. Please keep your phone reachable and ensure someone can receive the parcel. Traffic, weather and access issues can affect rider timing.
