Refunds and reprints

If a print materially fails because of Tomo’s printing, finishing or handling, Tomo will arrange a no-charge reprint. If a reprint is not practical, we will refund the affected print. We may ask for the order reference and clear photos so the cause and replacement settings are recorded correctly.

A model that matches the uploaded design and selected settings is not normally eligible solely because the design does not fit its intended purpose, dimensions were wrong, or the customer selected an unsuitable material or setting. We will still help assess the best next step.

Contact us immediately to request cancellation. Once production has begun, material and machine time may already have been committed. Delivery problems are assessed from the courier record and order circumstances.
