Refunds and reprints

If a print is materially defective because of Tomo’s printing, finishing or handling, contact us promptly with the order reference and clear photos. After review, Tomo may reprint the affected item at no print charge or refund the affected print.

A model that matches the uploaded design and selected settings is not normally eligible solely because the design does not fit its intended purpose, dimensions were wrong, or the customer selected an unsuitable material or setting. We will still help assess the best next step.

Contact us immediately to request cancellation. Once production has begun, material and machine time may already have been committed. Delivery problems are assessed from the courier record and order circumstances.
