Terms of service

The payable price is produced from Tomo’s server-side slice and the options you choose. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. Estimated ready dates are honest estimates rather than guarantees, and we will contact you if production circumstances materially change.

You keep ownership of files you upload. You give Tomo a limited permission to store, inspect, process, slice and manufacture them only to provide your order and support. You must have the right to use and reproduce the model.

Do not upload unlawful, infringing, weapon-related or unsafe content. Tomo may decline or remove work that cannot lawfully or safely be produced.

3D-printed parts have visible layers and normal process variation. Unless Tomo explicitly agrees otherwise, prints are not certified for safety-critical, medical, food-contact, electrical, pressure-bearing or structural use. You are responsible for ensuring the design is suitable for its intended use.

Payments are processed by Paystack. Delivery is priced before payment and dispatched only after printing, quality check and packaging. Reprints, refunds and cancellations follow Tomo’s refund and reprint policy.
