From file to your door in Nairobi

Open an STL or 3MF file (up to 100 MB) on the homepage. You can inspect it in 3D, and add several files to one order. Parts must fit Tomo’s 256 × 256 × 256 mm build volume.

Pick PLA or PETG and a colour that is in stock, then choose quality and quantity. Tomo slices your model with production settings and shows the exact print price, print time and estimated ready date. If the model needs supports, you choose whether Tomo removes them.

Search for your area and place the pin at the exact entrance on the map. The delivery price appears before you pay. Pay by M-Pesa or card through Paystack; the price is locked once you order.

Next-day is Tomo’s normal promise; larger prints or a busy queue can move the date, and you see the expected date before paying. Every part is checked after printing, then packed.

A rider is booked once your whole order has passed its check and is packed. You get email updates as the order progresses and can follow it on its tracking page. If Tomo makes a print incorrectly, we reprint it or refund it; see refunds and reprints.
